I have booked a ticket last night from home. Today I am trying to login from office in order to print the ticket, but the site is down.
Please suggest how can I take a print out if the site is not up till the scheduled departure of train.
Can I board the train without the ticket? Or can I get it printed from some railways office?

Just see your coach/berth no. in the chart and board the train with your ID proof. You will have to a charge of Rs. 50/- if you don't have a print-out but you can travel. But if you have the print-out but no ID proof, you will be treted as travelling WITHOUT TICKET.
By rule you can board the train with valid ID card. The TTE will charge you Rs. 50 and give you a receipt. I have also once travelled and TTE charged me Rs. 50.
sir, you can take a print out of your email also.
If not if you the pnr number from the sms sent, do take the print out from the indiarail gov site. they do accept it sometimes.
