I need to Delhi from Trichur Kerala to attend UPSC interview. Rajdhani tickets are already waitlisted. 1 of my Central govt colleague pointed out that, there might be special Quota for people travelling for interviews.
Is this true? IF it is, what are the documents usually required
How to avail this Quota if it's actually there?
