I don't know if its due to Mr. Prabhu or not, but for the last few months, I've actually been able to successfully book tatkal tickets at IRCTC! That has never happened earlier...
There is too much fund allotted for renovation of railway infrastructure/yard remodelling/construction coaching depots.. There are so many building's and structure that it will take around 10 years to bring all of them to normal life.. And yes IR is now looking for them.. Not only launching trains in budget can be called as the best move.. It is also that improving our infra so that the present scenario goes up.. And there is no harsh travelling.. So .. I would say "thumbs up" IR..
