I used to feel that train robberies, insurgent ambushed only take place on trains passing from Bihar but such things have started in Uttar Pradesh also. I am also shocked at hearing about other routes like Agra - Mathura and Moradabad - Bareilly too. The Mathura train dacoity on a politician in 1st AC was height of security lapse.... just CCTV installed AC/Non-AC coaches are not enough... RPF needs to be empowered just like the GRP (Intruding the Federal structure is just an excuse by some State Govts and a boon for anti-social elements on IR trains)... :-(
