This train shares "slot" with 5 days a week running Indore-Pune-Indore Exp. Hence, speeding up of time in CR/WR Areas for Jaipur-Pune Exp may not be feasible. If possible, fine tuning of schedule may be done in last SWM-JP Single Line BG Section (NWR Area)!
If they allow this and pune indb to OT avantika then a bit of speeding up is possible.avantika has 11 halts whreras Pune JP has only two till ratlam and pune indb has 5 halts in same section. Best option would be to hold avantiak at BRC and let JP/INDB move ahead. This way even the pune indb too can be speeded up to clock 55KMPH and can become superfast
Although your suggestion looks good, I guess, Avantika Exp is one the old and prestige trains of WR (whereas Indore-Pune of WR and Jaipur-Pune of NWR are fairly new / recent trains). Hence, I guess, WR will not hold Avantika Exp at some station en-route to allow overtake by Pune-INDB/JP Exp!
Yadi is train ko vasai road se 19:30 baje hi nikal de to is train ko Mumbai jaipur and Mumbai Indore se overtake nahi hona padega.

looks like 19311 WILL OT avantika as it is being made superfast from Jan 6 assuming that departure from pune remains same . indb arival is proposed at 8:30 which is 9:50 at present
