It can reach SHM by 6 :00 am EASILY but.....so many reasons make it to arrive at 9 am :(

Bhai, TVC mail didnt start running with LHB rake yet.. Even if it runs,it would run with same TT as mas-srrb is still 110 only.. And 80-100 mps upto TVC
12695 can be speeded up by min 30 mins,but not 12623 until ern-kyj line is fully completed...
