What is the work and power of GM and DRM and kisi bhi railway station ke passenger ko demand and complaint GM se karni chaiye ya DRM se
GM is head of entire zone whereas DRM is in-charge of his Division. For example, for CR, GM is at CSTM and DRM's are at PUNE, BSL, SUR and NGP! As far as complaints / suggestions are concerned, I guess, they are to be made to CPRO. Please see the website click here as an example!
