TRIP REPORT : Back with HCPV
From: PGT
To:MAS
Coach: S1(2013)
Loco: Bhusawal (BSL) 22245
PGT
...
station was full with Passengers, it may not be just Palakkad, almost entire station's scene would be like that yesterday. Onam is over, now people need to reach back to their respective place, continue their routine work with beautiful memories of Onam and a wait for next Onam. The scene at Platform clearly shows that there are huge number of Keralaites working in Chennai like me.
At 8.20, Nilambur Palakkad Passenger arrived with its regular link WDG 3A of ERS, and occupied Platform 4. With in short gap of 5 minute, 12602 emerged out of Curve silently with its new CC. Yes, CC of Mail once again changed. Mail is back with HCPV, but seems like PGT div is not interested for 24 coach train. The removed one general coach from front.
Current CC: Loco- SLR-UR-RMS-A1-B1-B2-B3-BE1-S1-S2-S3-S4-S5-S6-S7-S8-S9-S10-S11-UR-UR-SLR-HCPV
Seeing an offline was an onam surprise, mid mount BSL 22245 taking charge of legendary mail. But things were beyond what i saw in platform. Train was fully packed, usually it would be north east people who will be sitting near door and traveling, but yesterday it was different, every where it was Malayalies, and its all Onam effect.
The extra rush means, even i had to share my berth. Thanks to Pest control done in my coach. I had to share my seat/berth with uncountable Insects who was also traveling back with family to Chennai. For moment it was like, they sharing berth for me.
At PTJ, some lady RPFs took charge of our coach and asked us to close all the windows. We followed their order initially, but later we had no other option, we had to open it back, it was too hot inside.
Rest all was same as my previous trip reports. At Irugur, mail waited for almost 20min for 12515, TVC-GHY, to overtake us, but this unlucky guy was brutally over taken by two mail and 22640, once they all were in MAS div. After all mail is high priority train in MAS div.
Crossed Perambur around 5.20; with small halt before BBQ, reached MAS at 5.45 in PF3, 22640 came in PF8 around 5.50. And unlucky guy came at 6.15(as per NTES)
