A Hyderabad based company has been given the contract for that. Same company is also doing Chennai MRTS completion etc. I've seen the Bhigwan stretch dug up on both sides and rails and sleepers randomly scattered.
Not sure if work is progressing fast. And given their pathetic and lousy record in Chennai, one can expect huge delays.
