Sorry for poor quality of the Pic as the Loco is in running condition after halted at Sodepur for signal clearance when I captured it
It's a complete riddle to me how these 3-Phase Locos can take momentum so fast just after leaving the Platform

As Sodepur is a dense place with people mostly crossing Tracks so the WAG-9 honked 3 to 4 times after getting Signal Clearance and quickly vanished before my eyes
