Frds...i need ur favour....i hav two seats in 12716 sachkhand express from jalandhar to mathura...now problem is that 12716 is diverted between ndls to agra cantt via aligarh and will not touch mathura...chart is prepared....if i cancel the tickets then what would i get back....journey date is tomorrow......its urgent...
File TDR and you will get Full refund...Use option "Train diverted and not touching Destination" similar to that.
Get it cancelled @ Counter then...You can get it done tomorrow morning at the earliest.Suggested to be done before 10 AM.If Jalandar has Current reservation counter you can cancel it now also.
