Which is nearest station to panaji bus stand, is it Madgaon or Vasco

MAO to Margao BS is around 3 km(Auto fare 80 to 100 INR). You can also catch some local bus to the BS if you walk to the main road about 5 mins walk.Panjim highway is on the opposite direction. I don't know which website you saw.
Honestly I don't understand what KSRTC has to do with Margao to Panjim bus. It is run by Kadamba Transport Corporation. At Margao BS you get nonstop service every few minutes for which you buy a ticket at the counter.
