What is the reason for poor Railay network in KA when compared to other south states?

more... laying tracks for KA state if so then why will SCR lay tracks for Bidar-GR lane then why will BAY-Dvg or tunkur passes through AP state?
What benfit will south goa Gets byt loosing 300 bearths general quota form VSG tot HWH to 30PQ bearths from VSG to HWh,how can you compensate this? And do you practically think MAQ and VSG be in General quota?
Ater enjoying Rm tenure for nearly 2 years and if still says Costal KA is struggling hard under looby of KL and MH bu not mentioning any looby abt KSRTC or Pvt travelles.

Did any state not lay tracks for Karnataka? If so, why is South Central Railway (SCR) laying tracks for Bidar-Gulbarga (GR) line? Also, why do trains from Bengaluru Yesvantpur (BAY)-Davanagere (Dvg) or Tumkur pass through Andhra Pradesh (AP)? How does South Goa benefit from losing 300 general quota berths from Vasco da Gama (VSG) to Howrah (HWH) and getting only 30 PQ (Priority Quota) berths from VSG to HWH? How will you compensate for this? And do you really think Mangalore (MAQ) and Vasco da Gama (VSG) should be in the general quota? After enjoying the Railway Minister's tenure for nearly 2 years, why do you only mention the lobby of Kerala (KL) and Maharashtra (MH), but not mention anything about the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) or private travel operators? If you are not developed and others have developed for years, it's not their fault or their lobby's effect on hurting your feelings. It's simply covering up your Honorable Member of Parliament's attitude.
