railway has thousands of Civil and structure engineers. why not they use base of NG bridges and upgrade to BG bridge. At least few of such bridges will be strong enough to cater BG demand by adding extra support.
could have saved Millions of Tax payers money but railway babus just want to make money in corruption by first auction on bridges and then issuing tenders for new. Shame!
