मेरा RAC है क्या mai आपना टिकेट कानक्ले कर सकता हू और kitna पेशा कटेगा चार्ट निकल गया है
is it e ticket if yes , no refund. if it is counter ticket u get back 50%
For RAC ticket also you can file TDR for refund if you don't want to travel.
How it can be canclled after chart has being perpared ?
I think if you don't wana travel you have to file TDR for e-ticket.

Go to erail.in and provide ur ticket details i.e. date, class , quota. u will know the exact amount will get deducted and the amount u will get back.
