whats wrong sir .. PDT and DVD can be made satellite stations.
Originating trains should start from VSKP.

Similarly Trains need to By-Pass BZA from Gunadala to Vijayawada North Cabin
Bypassing of trains in imp stations and halting those where facilities not available is the worst idea..
Funds won't come and you say simply divert.. Doesn't make sense.. People will travel where there is easy access to go .. You say DVD and pdt should be developed but where will funds come from?? DVD is a satellite STn and there are no facilities there and not easily accessible to people..
