True to form, reached at 0355 today, as reported by a railfan. Almost 35 mins before time? Shows that it has too much slack..in fact it has even reached by 0345 sometimes..
I feel that the Timings should be revised and speeded up. Stretch between Guntkal and Renigunta is totally doubled and electrified, still it its running with old slow time table. Bad strategy of Indian Railways.
Last week, my father travelled in this train. He told it was late by 3hrs at Solapur, but in the end it reached MAS 10mins before time.
The MAS-CSTM route is the curse of IR. It will be better off if they introduce a fast train via MAS-SBC-Hubli-Miraj-Pune-CSTM on the lines of Duronto with stoppages at SBC and Pune..
