WAP-4 and WAG-7 are NOT demolished. These Locos will be with us till 2030 I think.
I think CLW will produce their parts in their stores after stopping production of these from the coming month.
But what I can tell you that 90% chance is there to use WAG-7 and WAG-5 for passenger traffic completely in future(Which already has started) as because WAG-9 can handle the Freight sector completely in future.

Not only WAG9 but the new 9000 HP and 12000 HP monsters will also handle freights on DFC.
Adding to your question; As far as I know, there are quite a few locos already present with HOG. But how many trains actually run on HOG? I think the Kalka Shatabdi is run on HOG only, but all the trains with LHB coaches running with P7 that I saw, had the EOGs running.
Absolutely. If EOG(i.e Generator Car) is used in trains hauled by HOG WAP-7 then I don't think HOG WAP-7 is required to be produced if the HOG feature of the Loco is not used in real time situation.
