Do any place having Rajdhani in morning just for day journey? These are few e.g. not everyone can afford 3A, 2A and 1A. With same TT Shatabdi would be feasible.

No flag as of now! Just to provide prestigious service railway wouldn't run this kind of train. It won't be able to get 100 passengers daily forget about it's popularity, after-all everyone wants to save money. That's why there is a concept of Shatabdi.
