According to note served by Railway Board to Zones,
17643 arrives COA at 10.10, slowed down by 50 minutes.
17644 leaves COA at 14.20, arrives GDR at 03.48/03.50, slowed down by 20 minutes.
It is highly unfortunate that this train, already notorious for its late arrival at NDD,RJY,SLO,COA is "officially" slowed down. Most of the time it reaches at 10.10. Now imagine you have...

I dont think there is an issue sir. But SR makes it look so!! Also MS-MSB has a lot of sharp curves and LPs negotiate slowly. SR has taken a convenient way out by pushing departure to 17.20. 17643 can depart at 19.00 and reach GDR at 21.45 after TPTY-MTM/NS exp, thereby having a free run till TEL.
