It's been more than 2 years at this platform. Technically more than 4 years. My old ID "roadside romeo" had some technical glitch while logging in from computer, so i made this new ID 2 years back in august 2013. Yes i know i am bit young here as there are many members here who are nearly 7-10 years old to this forum. But i want to say something regarding the downfall of attitude of some members.
There is process of getting promotion to admin position. If other admins suggest the name of a single member for promotion and the individual patronage/dedication given by the member to this site is good enough, then the person is promoted as admin.

the admins used to be patient, unbiased and calmer attitude. But now the attitude is totally changed. People are getting completely biased towards one single train, zone,city or state.
Admins and many members get aggressive and forget the language to use over a open forum. Openly groupism is done and a single member is targeted. Due to this many members have deactivated their ID. Many Admins forget the way to use words.
I just want to say that just like members get promoted to admins, similarly the site should keep a close watch on those admins who ruin the atmosphere here and there should be a process of demotion of admins to normal members. Because blocking someone doesn't solve the problem. People just for the sake of revenge make new fake ID and again start blogging.
