So, WAP- 7 and two rake,one at each end(HWH & PURI) are the Need of the Hour for the "Timely Running" of this with "Tight Schedule" and revive this Train and restore it's existence with "Full Occupancy"

Moreover 12277/12278 needs to be provided with 3-Phase Loco Link as because the "Late Running" of 12278 most of the Time due to "Loco Failure"(Conventional Link of SRC,VSKP etc)delay 12277 drastically to the dawn of the next day to Puri for consecutive 3 to 4 days in a week

In ECOR also many such Officer's are there who thinks as per their whims Loco will be given to train byIR(Glaring IR and other Zones are bound to do it as it is their demand(Glaring Example: /blog/post/1565519)
