Is there any Tatkal quota in this train? Also please update me any timing fixed as to when it will have technical halt in Vadodara(BRC). Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot HKB. I got detailed information from erail.in. Both of these websites are excellent which provides all information which a traveller needs.
Welcome, but please note Technical halts is not an official info. This has been updated from feedback of travelers on both sites.
