four confirmed tickets and one PQWL/24 PQWL/17 whether PQWL can board the train or there is chance of confirmation
In a single ticket, if one berth is confirmed and others remain in WL or RAC, then all the passengers of that ticket are allowed to travel.
So, if your 5 passengers booked in a single ticket, then all the 5 are allowed to travel.
And PQWL are mostly confirmed at the time of chart preparation.
