apart, I do not exactly understand what you are trying to say!
Leave alone the accuracies. Are you trying to say that a person like me should predict PQWL/RLGN etc. (as you have put it) even if I do not know where it is going?.
Arent you supposed to click on one of the 3 buttons if you are sure / know where it is going?
Else would it not be a similar to a game of dice?

I think that exactly is the point friend. We predict when we know about the confirmation possibility or where the status is going.
Percentages are secondary. They will go up when most of the time what you thought is right. They will go down when most of the time what you thought is wrong - Isnt it?
.
Now dont you think even the so called CK with PT and RAC PNRs go wrong even if you think it is right?
.
In my view we should predict what we are sure of.
With your experience here, you would surely have more number of cases you are sure of than me and so on......
.
