No #burahaal .. but useful n helpful for those who reside at those places.
It wont make much difference with few min halts but think about convenience n happiness of those ppl.

Halts after Patna till Rajgir are alright but between Mughalsarai-Patna are not much required
Its no relief but ticketless fellow use the train as Bullock Cart Service to ply RJPB/PNBE & onwards (DNR/ARA/Buxar)!! AC coach gets hacked!!
An Express which halts @ Halt Station, where only Passenger Stops PAN India (only @ day time) dont just make much sense...& genuine traveler always hav the issue, arising cz of these culprit travelers, who buzz nuisance...although its again a fact that few takers exist onward PNBE!!
Just check in TT: For mere 99 Kms, 2.5 hrs...& total stoppage in between MGS-RGD impact: Yest, 12391 ARR @ MGS was 2.5...
