In how much time electrification of RBL will be complete?

According to one online news item, Mr. Manoj Sinha has stated that it will take at least 2 years time to electrify the entire Varanasi - Lucknow Route where the stretch from Janghai Jn to Utretia Jn is not under wires. Track Doubling works between Utretia (From Mohanlal Ganj) to Amethi are under progress.
