This train never reached JP/AII ontime. It always gets late in MGS-ALD-CNB section and hence getting overtaken by Rajdhani gang, making it even more late!
In my opinion, It must depaart PNBE @ 22:00 hrs, slot sharing with 12315 Ananya Express as 12315 is weekly and both of them share same route till AII via SWM!
Let it reach AII @ 9:30 around!

returning 12396 timings are also not good as it departs AII, JP in late night and reaaches PNBE late!
So I think in return also, it must have slot sharing with Ananya Express!
On Friday, OKHA-BSB runs, on Friday's slot, which must be speeded up as it takes 5.5 hrs for CNB-ALD run!
