monsoon TT of trains passing through KR/trains of KRCL affects other stretches also.
see 12431/32 monsoon TT the train takes 27 h 10 mins for 1534 kms[TVC-BSR] & takes 18 hrs 45 mins in BSR-NZM [1392 kms] section, which can be done in 16-17 hrs. IR should see this.

it gets overtaken by bct ndls duronto at kota.. hence slack given
