12164 Madras-Dadar Chennai Exp came to Pune with PUNE WDG4 # 70053 and went towards Dadar with KYN WCAM2P Engine. This PUNE EMD is seen taking rest at pit line on Sunday, 27-Sep-2015, at morning 07:40 hrs!

Once PUNE DAUND section is Electrified. Will loco change take place at Daund for all trains?
Once Pune-Daund-Manmad becomes AC Traction, loco change for 3 trains, viz., DR-MS Exp, CAPE JJ Exp, MAS Mail may change from Pune to Daund. In addition, Mumbai-Pandharpur/Bijapur/Shirdi Fast Passenger may get E Loco. And some of the trains coming from MMR-DD Route will come with E Loco to Pune. Of course, it may take 2 to 3 years for all this to happen.
Means other trains like Udyan , Husssinsagar etc etc will still continue with diesel all te way frm CSTM?
Probably Yes! The reason being CSTM Crew (LP/ALP) have RLC (Road Learning Certificate) for CSTM-Pune Section only. So, they can not drive locos till Daund. If there is loco change at DD, then there will be mandatory crew change at DD. It will not be operationally / technically / commercially feasible / possible to have crew running trains only from Pune to Daund and next crew running from DD to SUR. Hence, only few trains (from Mumbai) will have loco change at DD and that crew will have RLC for entire CSTM-Pune-Daund Route! We will have to wait and watch as things progress further!
