Halt @ GY for 10 Mins now is it going to run with EL from in GY-MS strecth now??
Don't know ..bcoz RU halting time is 20mins only
But in return MS KCG halting time at RU cutted down by 5 mins..halting 10mins only..n no change in GY:)
