What disagree? Do you trust WR PRO or the media which cannot tell a Local from a Rajdhani? Here is the screenshot from PRS. Note the arrival time at BCT. 12952 has definitely been speeded up. Still disagree?

12951: Speeded up by 25 mins. Will depart BCT at 17:00
12952: Speeded up by 20 mins. Will arrive BCT at 8:15
