what is the cause for hwh-ndls trains avr late by 2+ hrs ??

have you travelled on hwh ndls and hwh mas both lines... did you notice any thing strange ?
hwh-mas line people better disciplined yes hwh-ndls mostly govt. passes yet less disciplined you can inform '' about starnge ''
