I would like to suggest a few improvements:-
1> Train should halt at New Alipurduar, it is the gateway to Bengal from the North-East, and lies dead in the "Chicken's Corridor".
2> Rake reversal of 21 coached pure LHB rake will be almost impossible at Andal at . Do it at DGR. It would be quicker at DGR, RR at UDL will take a minimum of 40-50 mins because of the lack of space at UDL. Loco reversal will choke off the traffic on the main line at prime time.
