Commissioner of railway safety, southern circle (Bangalore), Satish Kumar Mittal will inspect the newly converted broad gauge railway line between Pollachi and Palakkad Town on October 5 and 6.
He will also conduct a high speed trial run by using an inspection special train between 2pm and 6pm on October 6.
Railways has warned that no unauthorized person shall approach or work in the proximity of the railway line between Pollachi and Palakkad Town railway stations when speed trial is taking place.
