These "Pazham Pori"s are surely tasty and a common snack in Kerala.
It is actually not made from Bananas but from Plantains (A cousin of the Banana Family ;) )
These are made from the Ripe Plantains while the raw Plantains are used to make the famous so called Kerala "Banana Chips" ( Again technically Plantain chips ;) )...
