It is very ridiculous when you had book your seat through internet as waitlisted and suppose your seat No. is WL 4 and when the final chart of booking is prepared, you will surprised to see that seat WL 3 and WL 5 are got confirmed but seat WL 4 is dropped from chart. Why is this happening? it seems that railways first confirm only those tickets which are bought from the booking counters only afterwards if there is any seat is available then WL seat will get confirmed otherwise you can imagine how much you are harassed. If Raiways do not want to confirm the waitlisted seat which are booked through internet, then they should stop to issue the waitlisted seats through internet. The passangers who are holding online waitlisted tickets should not be dropped from the chart. Pls think over it
