Complaint Description :
1) There was no TTE to check the tickets between Mangalore (MAQ) and Coimbatore (CBE). Only at CBE a TTE boarded to check tickets. 2) There were lots of unreserved passengers in S11 compartment. In our coupe itself there were 5 apart from us (totaling to 9 instead of 6) A complaint made to RPF Kerala went into deaf years. They asked us to mind our own business. 3) Another lady RPF told that usually there will be not TTE for S9, S10 and S11 coaches in West Coast Express.
Closing Remarks:
4 TTEs was manning the train and the coach S10 and S11 was unmanned due to staff shortage. But after your complaint an alternate arrangement made to have a check on those coaches also in addition to the specified coaches for manning.
