its a boon for last minute travellers like me but a bane for middle class sleeper travelling passengers like me. :)

its depend on you how u take the matter ....when ARP was increased from 60 to 120 days....no one objected in INDIA...passengers should have agitated to make ARP 60 days....so it easy to plan the journey......
