iri shows loco change at IGP
CSTM-IGP: KYN WCAM-3 IGP-ET: BSL/ET WAP-4 ET-ALD: ET WDP-4/4B ALD-HWH: HWH / MGS WAP-4.

after new loco link update feature we(Admins) cant remove older data
Loco change at Igatpuri was during pre dc ac conversion of entire mumbai network.
This has now been fixed. Once the locos are updated, the previous text loco descriptions will not appear.
