A general enquiry : I am planning to travel by Delhi-Bhopal Habibganj Shatabdi(12002) on 22/10/2015 but the availability chart shows GNWL103/WL89 for CC.
If I book now, is there a fair chance of getting a confirmed seat. Please also confirm whether Tatkal scheme is available for this train.
