How do you know GR asked SUR not to give PT? This is ridiculous. Think in common terms, does anyone says no for something better coming their way? This is becoming rather funny! You still didn't understand the fuss, did you? There is reduction of 87 tatkal seats + no waitlist + no PT. That's the fuss! If both were in diff zone, SUR had no role in quota allocation for GR. In that case, this topic wouldn't have arised at all.
How did you do that calculation? Did you conveniently ignore all Tatkal and PT seats? If you want to calculate seats, be fair! Now that you have stepped out of PT for 22133, you can answer why no special...

trains have stop at GR while the same trains stop at YG,RC,AD,SEM,TDU etc which are smaller than GR? Why there is no stop for ADI - MAS exp at GR? If you come up with answer that it depends on the operating zone of the train, please don't mention it here!

GR havnt got PT in diff Zone train..Kartanaka hav PT @ SUR bt nt GR...while Karnataka been SWR..other Zone too deem SUR as major point for PT bt GR!!

consider SUR & GR Total berth Quota in SUPR-YPR SF...whch hav major??
GR-YPR: 290+87=377 (290 with 4 mnths ARP)
SUR-YPR: 29+87+87=203 (170 with 1 Dat ARP)
Which Station has higher Quota (& also ARP)..even after PT!!
