hello i want to know that is there is any individual cancellation of a train of same pnr number
see we are three person going delhi from jamngar on 19 one person is not coming so we want to cancel the person or the full ticket

You can opt individual cancellation.New ticket will be issued in lieu of old ticket after cancellation(applicable to PRS ticket only).
is this applicable on e ticket and how % of rupees are reducted and the other two person got confirmed seats how time before i cancell it for minimum reduction in sleeper class
You can cancel any ticket by going in to booked ticket link after login at IRCTC.Just select the Passenger you want to cancel in cancel ticket link.

You can cancel one or more persons in either e ticket or PRS ticket. The cancellation charges would be as applicable to the relevant rules. Minimum Rs.20 each, if cancelled 24 hour before departure of the train for the cancelled numbers of tickets and 25% of value of cancelled tickets if within 4 to 24 hour of departure of the train. 50% if cancelled within 4 hours.
