I want to have the train time table in regional language like Bengali and Assamese. How can I do it?

Not all data I want, just the station name, the arrival and dep times and other particulars will remain in english. I tried G transalate but the table format is not appearing after translation.

Arrival and departure times are the main variables used in the computation of the average speed....the sectional speed is calaculated using it as data input...
Hence arr/dep times can't be in regional languages...a totally different interpreter/compiler is needed for every languages...
Hence not possible....................
Similar logic applies for Stations as well...they have to be looked up in the site's mainframe computer's database.

computer can understand only binary/machine level language..
Conversion to any high-level language requires a compiler/interpreter...English is the default worldwide language...hence using other language is uneconomical and unnecessary....
Hence not possible....i am on my mobile now or I would have elaborated further!
Thanks.

compiler, mainframe computer, reference to binary/machine level... too much 1990s ki theory totally unrelated to reality behind IRI in 2015? Or are you suggesting that you know all these components actually exist to run IRI?

I am not suggesting anything bro....I was just pointing out that, what he wants is difficult to achieve on IRI...
Besides this things are necessary for any normal site like IRI to operate...data has to be stored in data banks...servers have highly functional & yes I feel a mainframe will be required...
And as the real components go, why not ask the moderator about it.

Compilers - not relevant in this context, we are not converting code from high to low level language. Its just text in the presentation layer which needs translation into another 'human' language, not computer language.
Binary/machine level - not relevant for the same reason.
Database - of course needed but not in mainframe computers which were behemoths in the last century. A relational database can run in your humble laptop computer these days.

I suggest you read up on content management systems, starting here - click here
I am not saying that the problem here is easy to solve, that is translating content automatically into multiple other human languages and presenting it in the user's preferred language, but its not a compiler problem etc.
