Last time when LHB ran with 8 AC it had poor patronage for AC specially second AC.. So TVC divison had asked MAS for some non AC coaches.. And it arrived few days before.. Regarding TVC BNC premium is that BNC rejected it saying they are unable to receive the train there on current timings. So they said that once BYPL gets ok for starting trains the premium can be run from there.. Infact TVC was planning to run BNC premium for Pooja but its not possible now.
