i guess those kinda approvals are needed only when SR runs a train :P:P , i never heard any such thing for INDB-YPR exp or others ..
MAS division does not have enough LHB EOG's bro, It has some 9 EOGs on the whole , 2 for MYS Shatabdi (3 EOGs were allocated ), 2 for Double decker ( 3 allocated ) ,2 for MAS-BKN Anuvrat ( 3 Allocated) , 2 for CBE Shatabdi ( using spare of MYS and Anuvrat's EOG). So MAS division has only one EOG which will be replaced in the above three trains in a cyclic manner so that the EOG gets Maintenance,
