Do wammies also pull goods? I think they are only allowed to pull passenger trains...
Twin TKD WAM 4 is regularly seen with concor and they only seen with ICD TKD container rake
Depends on their gear ratio.
The original WAM4 (without modifications) locos have a high gear ratio (62:15) and traction motors connected in 2S-3P (two in series, three in parallel for a given motor) configuration.
They can haul passengers as well as freights.
