98% of coaches were empty....only 10 people in 2AC and 30 people in 3AC.....rest all coaches are empty....
all LHB coaches Brand New of different zones. all are 2015 made.

Please let me know if the reservation in this train is cancellable and refundable?
I think they should turn into in Tatkal Fare Services. Because it is wastage of money to book train in this trains. the fare of 3rd AC is equivalent to the 1st AC fare for the same distance. and it keep increasing n increasing till 3 times of tatkal fare.
The current reservation also can be booked on the prices of last ticket booked under normal reservation category.
IR should think on it. they should not try to make public fool again n again. sometimes it is cancellation procedure, sometimes tatkal...
