Observations made at Howrah Yesterday:
1 12277 came with Offlink BRC WAP-4 at PF-23 of HWH(Previously we have already seen VSKP WAP-4s with 12278 but BRC has seen with it for the First Time on yesterday)
2 12278 got regular link SRC WAP-4
3 Most of the "Recently PoHd HWH WAP-4 seen with many Trains of SER like HWH Cape Exp, Kandari Exp etc...

4 WAP-4s of BRC,VSKP,ET,LGD etc frequently used with many trains in SER.(The SRC ELS too becomes a Den of Foreign WAP-4s(i.e WAP-4 of Other Zones in Rail Jargon it is called Foreign) Now as Observed Yesterday from PKU EMU)
5 The ICF Rake of Kandari Exp is in Very Poor and worn Out Condition, vulnerable to "Severe Disaster" at any point of Time.
Query: Why Trains like Bagh Exp, Hazarduari Exp, ACSF Specials of SER and many other trains of Indian Railway still hauled by WAG Loco? Are NOT they eligible to get WAPs ?
We all know what is the MPS of Trains in IR and if Mail/Exp get WAGs then the situation can be easily assumed.
Though yesterday spotted DN Hazarduari Exp at SEP with Freshly POHd HWH WAP-4(Offlink) after half an year.
