This is annoying! If you have been a regular member in the past then why are you asking questions like what is this site for, what is railfanning and asking for guidance as if you dont know anything? I honestly have no idea about the incidences in the past you are referring to (galtiyan etc.) but on one hand you are saying you want to learn and live peacefully and on the other hand you are starting your second innings with deliberately provocative behaviour! Think about it.
